Following up with Sasquatch’s Irish IQ mini-meta-analysis, I looked at the change in Irish achievement scores over the last two decades. There was an increase of 4 achievement quotient points between 1988 and 2006/2009. So 4 points in 20 years. Maybe the African-European gap will close after all — at this rate, in about a century.
